Self Development

Our sessions on self-development concentrate on the personalities and motivations of each artist. In these sessions we explore how an artist can progress as well as what is holding them back. Further sessions delve into time management and communication techniques. These sessions make up the core of the artists personal development and although intense at times, can really boost an artist's confidence and understanding of themselves.
Check out the videos above to see some examples of the workshops we have run previously.

Songwriting

We've brought together professional songwriters together with our Forté acts to help them explore new techniques and ideas when it comes to songwriting. With prompts and different perspectives on songwriting, artists take away new ways of writing as well as brand new songs from these sessions.

Vocal Techniques

We hold special one-to-one workshops with Tanya Walker, professional vocal and performance coach. We explore simple to advanced vocal techniques, warm ups, exercises and specially tailor the session to the artists needs. It also gives us an opportunity to see if we can make new singers out of previously quiet band members!

Branding & Artist Identity

Our branding, identity and image workshops are designed to help the Forté Project artists realise how important their image, how to control it, find their identity and think about how this is all branded. Many of them are going through a 'transition' stage whilst on the Forté Project, maturing with their sound and alongside this their profile is growing at a rapid rate.

Mentoring

Alongside the workshops, we also work with our acts by connecting them to industry mentors. These connections allow our acts to discuss ideas and regularly check in with a dedicated music professional. We also give access to mentors through mentor speed meets which give quick bursts of inspiration and ideas for our acts in one go.
